I faced several pretty good decks, actually. I'm guessing I just drew well and correctly mulliganed for aoe/Shadow Madness and Priest of the Feast every time.
Though I agree that the deck doesn't look strong at all. That's why I posted it. The first one was this:

Not sure myself really. I got crazy value out of the double Violet Teacher. The Nerubian Egg + Dark Iron Dwarf combo paid off a number of times as well. Cold Blood, Argent Commander, and Eviscerate gave me the reach I needed to close out games when I was losing the value war. Never got Cold Blood on the Djinni of Zephyrs but I did manage to Shiv it twice.
Mostly I think I got lucky this run, either with my draw, my opponents draw, or their deck quality. Not too many Sludge Belcher or Water Elemental on the other side of the board. Over half my games were vs Mage and my minions were pretty resilient against Mage removal.

The best cards in this run were Corruption, Mortal Coil, Shadow Bolt, Floating Watcher, Abyssal Enforcer, and Twisting Nether. Medivh wasn't too useful but I did combo him with twisting nether twice. Both times, including once in the last game, twisting nether spawned medivh.
The two losses were from shamans that got ridiculously good starts. I got at least a decent start in every single game, though.
I always asked myself how it would be to have a constructed deck in arena, and this deck is the closest I've ever gotten to that...
I ended up going 12-2, the 2 losses being caused by some pretty bad luck... My opening hand looked like a constructed one every game, it's crazy how satisfying it is to drop a turn 1 spirit claws, turn 2 totem golem, turn 3 totem golem and turn 4 coin flamewreathed
What really carried hard were the spell power + maelstrom portal turns, just an insane cheap board swing.
This one went unbelievably smoothly despite having very little early game. There were a few games where I had no 1 or 2 drop. I did lose a game around turn 10 to a fairly aggressive paladin (opened gilibin -> coghammer -> naga corsair -> turn 6 sea giant) but every other game I kept finding the tools I needed to stop my opponent.
Seriously did not feel like a 12 win deck at any point, and losing the first game didn't help. Without fail, I got at least one bog creeper or kraken by turn 5 in just about every game. I faced the same paladin at 9-2 and 10-2 and won both despite losing my shielded minibot to mad bomber on turn 2 in the second game. The final game was won with double bog creeper + redemption. My opponent was likely very sad.
The Pally and Warlock runs were a while ago so I don't have remember any stories from them. The Rogue run happened just this evening so you get the goods.
-It started off ignominiously with a 3-2 record.
-At 7-2 I played a mage who got turn 1 Zombie Chow. I played my Pit Snake. He plays Mad Bomber - it kills his chow. He surrendered on turn 5 when his Madder Bomber also failed in epic fashion.
- at 9-2 I played a mage who got Deathwing off an Unstable Portal. I topdecked Lotus Agents and got Naturalize. Ez game.
- Final boss was a Warlock. I drew my burn. He didn't have healing. GG.
Went 12-1, not even sure how I lost to that mage. Pretty much every mage I faced had a ridiculous deck though, and almost all of them played firelands portal on turn 7 (the guy I went first against played it on turn 6), usually followed by a flamestrike and another firelands portal.
I knew that Warlock is the best but this deck so exceeded my expectations. Yea it's got good card quality but it seemed as though I wasn't offered a single card over 5 mana and thus my curve was so low. Past turn 6 I could tap and play a card every turn and by turn 9 I could tap and play 2 cards. The hero power saved me and darkshire councilman + implosion is so good. Tons of warlocks at higher wins but luckily none of them got to their Abyssal enforcers. http://www.heartharena.com/arena-run/u6k6ui

Do you enjoy the priest class? Doesn't runs with it tend to be twice as long as warlock, rogue etc runs?
